What a wonderful experience!! My wife and I were looking for a new place to eat, and we stumbled across this pub online. The ambience was very English/Irish pub, the wait-staff were friendly and accommodating. My wife had the traditional fish and chips, (well prepared and very tasty), and I tried the British beef, (felt like I was eating my gramma's pot roast). We really enjoyed our time here, and would highly recommend this establishment.
I took my dad and brother here on Friday night, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The live music created such an energetic atmosphere that we couldn't resist getting up to dance. The food was incredible--I had the spinach artichoke dip and guiness brisket mac and cheese-- both were a perfect 10/10. Our waitress, Emily, was outstanding--despite the restaurant being packed, she was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!
Fantastic British/Irish pub! Somewhat rare around here, there are a number of notable dishes you'd find from Britain and Ireland, and the Harp and Crown is one of only a few places in Charlotte where you can find these. I've been here several times and each experience was great. The theme and decor are very authentic and there is also plenty of outdoor seating as well as an outdoor bar area. The service was very nice, and if you go on a game day there is really no wait, though the atmosphere during a game day is definitely worth it. I would say the Shepherd's Pie is probably one of my favourite British dishes offered here and it's always made well, though the fish and chips and brisket mac and cheese are good also. The drinks are another highlight too, with many import drafts and beers from Britain and Ireland. Will definitely be visiting again!

They also pour the best pint of Guinness in town and have an impressive selection of imported beers and weekly drink specials. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff makes every visit unforgettable. Bartenders Alexys, Bethany, Tiffany, Savanna, and Rob are simply the best, and the servers are just as friendly and attentive. Ella and Ryan, the management team, go above and beyond to create a welcoming space that feels like home. With talk of new ownership, it’s exciting to see how this beloved spot will continue to grow. If you’re looking for great food, excellent drinks, and unmatched service, The Harp & Crown is the place to be!
Went for the first time on Good Friday. Was very please with the staff and interior seating. Took my parents for an amazing fried fish dinner. It was spectacular and will definitely be returning for seconds. Also every plate that went out looked delicious!!!
Decided to stop by Harp and Crown LKN after church one Sunday afternoon. The place was crowded but we only waited a few minutes for a table. Our server was great and the food was really good. We went with the Grilled Caesar Salad (added chicken) and the H&C Breakfast Bowl. Both were great!
